TUF Industries Return Policy

All Plans / Instructions / Blueprints because of their informational nature cannot be returned.

All parts may be subject to restocking / reselling fees (purchaser pays all freight charges incurred) before reimbursement of any remaining funds.

All aircraft tool sales are final.  No returns or refunds unless tools have construction flaws in which case they will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

All Trailers are subject to restocking / reselling fees (purchaser pays all freight charges incurred).  Custom-ordered trailers require reselling prior to reimbursement of any remaining funds and if full price is not received for custom trailers, the amount deficient will be deducted from refund (please make certain the options you order are the ones you need).  Any damage to trailers incurred during shipping, temporary use, etc will be assessed and deducted from reimbursement of any funds (we cannot sell used, damaged, or previously owned trailers as new and rarely get same prices for them).

All returns must be authorized by TUF Industries prior to return.
